Shipping

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we use PostNL.

Within the EU and outside the EU, we use DHL.

From Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day.

We aim to deliver all shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium to your home within 1–3 business days.

For shipments within the EU, we aim for a delivery time of 1–5 business days.

 

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to decide whether you would like to returnit. The item must meet our return conditions. You can find these in our return policy
