Refunds & returns

Thank you for shopping at BAKARR! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

When you return an item, it must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original unopened packaging and have all original tags still attached.

If you want to return an item, please contact our customer service. We offer customers located in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany free returns for exchanges/store credit refunds. Customers living outside these three countries currently are not included in a free return for exchanges/store credit refunds.

To download a return label, go to the support page of our customer service. Please note that returning items from outside the EU, it is mandatory you mark your package with the caption Returned Goods to avoid any custom charges. BAKARR is not liable for any  customs charges incurred or any packages lost during returns.

Exchanges

BAKARR does not offer direct exchanges. If you want to return/exchange an item, we will send you store credit to make a new purchase. This is the only way to complete your exchange. For more information about exchanges, please contact our customer service.

Refunds

After receiving your return, it will be inspected to confirm it meets up to our policy requirements. You will be sent an e-mail confirming reception of your item and our approval or rejection of a refund. After approval you will be refunded in the same fashion you have payed your original purchase. Please allow BAKARR two weeks to complete the refund.
