PRE-ORDER

We can work with pre-orders from time to time. This gives you the opportunity to be one of the first customers to receive the item. With pre-orders, the waiting time is between 8-10 weeks. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled by the customer, only by us. If we decide to cancel the pre-order, you will receive an e-mail and your money back to the payment method used to place the order. After you receive your pre-order, you have 14 days to return the item. The same protocol applies for this as for normal refunds. The item must be returned in its original form. With all tags on the item, packaged as received.
